According to GB/T 19862-2016 "General Requirements for Power Quality Monitoring Equipment", a power quality analyzer needs to continuously measure steady-state indicators such as voltage deviation, frequency deviation, harmonics, and three-phase unbalance. The HD-9000 is designed to meet the above standard requirements and is suitable for fixed or mobile power quality testing in substations, distribution rooms, and industrial sites.
The device provides four voltage and four current input channels. The phase voltage measurement range is 0–600V, and the line voltage measurement range is 0–1000V, with a measurement error of ≤±0.5%. The current channels support direct connection or connection via clamp-on transformers, meeting different on-site wiring conditions. The sampling rate and A/D resolution are adapted to harmonic analysis requirements and can calculate the harmonic content rate from the 2nd to 50th order and the total harmonic distortion rate.
It can continuously monitor basic parameters such as voltage RMS, current RMS, active power, reactive power, power factor, and frequency. It also records voltage deviation, frequency deviation, three-phase voltage unbalance, and three-phase current unbalance. The transient event trigger function supports the capture of voltage swells, sags, and short interruptions. The trigger threshold can be set, and event waveforms are stored synchronously with timestamps.
Built-in large-capacity storage can save long-term monitoring data and transient event records. It is equipped with USB and Ethernet interfaces and supports data export to a PC for secondary analysis. The device uses an embedded operating system, starts measuring immediately after power-on, and can complete parameter viewing and preliminary statistics without an external computer. It is suitable for power quality surveys by power companies, grid-connection testing of new energy, and evaluation of industrial users' distribution systems.
