The PD-3000 Power Quality Analyzer is a handheld instrument for monitoring and analyzing power quality in distribution systems. This product can measure basic parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, and energy, and supports the detection of power quality indicators such as three-phase unbalance and harmonics. It is suitable for daily inspections and troubleshooting in scenarios such as industrial sites, substations, and distribution rooms.
Voltage measurement range: 0–600V (phase voltage), 0–1000V (line voltage), measurement error ≤±0.5%. Current measurement supports current transformer and clamp current transformer inputs, with the range determined by the selected transformer, and measurement error ≤±0.5%. Frequency measurement range 45–65Hz, error ≤±0.1Hz. Measurement error for active power, reactive power, and apparent power ≤±1%. Three-phase unbalance measurement error ≤±1%. Harmonic analysis supports orders 2–31, complying with the measurement method requirements of the IEC 61000-4-30 standard. The meter is equipped with a 3.5-inch color LCD screen, a built-in lithium battery, a continuous operating time of about 8 hours, and supports data storage and USB export.
It can simultaneously measure three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, and cumulative energy. It has a three-phase unbalance calculation function to help evaluate the symmetry of the power supply system. It supports harmonic content rate and total harmonic distortion analysis to assist in locating harmonic sources. It provides data recording and trend analysis functions and can store more than 1,000 sets of measurement data. It has wiring check and phase sequence judgment functions to reduce the risk of on-site misoperation.
It is suitable for power quality surveys of industrial enterprise distribution systems, daily inspections by power operation and maintenance departments, power parameter testing at grid connection points of renewable energy stations, and energy consumption monitoring in buildings. It can help users understand the operating status of the power supply system and provide data reference for energy-saving renovation and equipment maintenance.
